3" (inside diameter) vase cap with 1" top and 3/8" hole to accomodate standard 1/8 IPS pipe. These are unfinished brass and would need to be painted or polished. (We have 1 1/2" through 9" sizes listed on eCRATER in 1/2" increments, but if you need 1/4" sizes please contact us.)
