Isn't he just the Cutest? He Has 2 Blue Rhinestone Jeweled Eyes. His Body is made of a Frosted glass, his head is a hard plastic. There is some Fragrance powder left. The Scent I believe is Moonwind. A little less than half of the pink powder is there.
