One exterior zippered pocket
Interior has pocket on one side for a paper pad, pen pocket on the spine. Other side has a large pocket for paper, a smaller open pocket, a zippered pocket, and 3 small pockets for calculators, cards and other gadgets.
While the interior is nice and clean, the exterior shows wear including water stains, scratches and creases. Please see the pictures. It is used and it shows. All the zippers work.
