A tie-back pixie bonnet is made for shoulder-length or shorter hairstyles, but girls with long hair have worn them also, by putting their hair in a ponytail.
They work well for chemo patients with little or no hair.The ties are an extension of the cap, can be tied snugly,yet comfortable.
The band is about 7 1/2 inches wide and completely lined and the fold is adjustable for your amount of hair. The back has elastic. The finished look is smooth without the poof.
