This is a Vintage 1981 Masudaya Japan Gear Lever Action Rolling Disney Mickey Mouse tin car.

It measures approx. 4 1/2 inches long. The Body of the car is Tin, the fenders, Mickey himself etc. is made of plastic. The wheels are rubber.
