HOW IT WORKS:

1. After receiving your order we will send you a link to an online form to collect information about you and the deceased person.
2. After receiving the completed form we will setup the memorial website and begin creating the personalized memorial plaque.
3. We will then ship you the plaque and email you the link to the memorial website with details on how to update the website.
4. When you receive your plaque you can attach it to any object that you want to turn into an interactive memorial.
5. Notify friends and family of the plaque location and the memorial website so that they can add memories and condolences.

SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped by airmail (without tracking number) and we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Shipments to Canada and the United States typically take 5 to 10 business days to arrive. If you would like to receive your order faster, or insure your package, please contact us to discuss shipping options. For orders from countries not listed below, please contact us first so that we can talk about your options.

Customs Notice: Typically the packages we ship do not get delayed at the border. However, border delays and custom fees are out of our control and we cannot guarantee arrival times and cannot prevent your order from getting stopped at the border. If your package is stopped at the border and we are notified, we will work with you and customs to expedite the process.

RETURNS:

Should you receive your plaque and it is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the problem right away. All of our products are tested prior to shipping. We do not accept returns of products damaged during installation. Be careful not to scratch, chip or break the plaque during installation. If you have any questions or concerns about product installation or quality, please contact us. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
