Welcome Thanks for stopping By. The skirts and blouses pattern has a smocked and pleated skirt. The blouse has three collar and sleeve variations. View A has smocking at the waist and a ribbon tie. This skirt is buttoned in the front. The blouse has a square collar and smocked and ribboned sleeves. View B and C are designed with a softly pleated skirt front for both views. Both skirts are slightly gathered on each side of a center back zipper. The View B blouse has a Peter Pan collar and puffed sleeve. The View C blouse has a ruffled bertha collar, long sleeves and a ruffled cuff. Smocking design included. Date 1987
