These light, delicate little cookies are an all time favorite for many of our customers. Requires butter, 1 egg, and a mixture of cinnamon and sugar to roll the cookies in. Makes 2 dz regular sized cookies (more or less depending on size)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream 1/2 cup butter or margarine in mixer. Add 1 egg and beat on low until smooth. Add cookie mix and continue to beat on low until dough begins to form. Combine ¼ cup sugar and ½ Tbsp. of cinnamon in a small bowl. Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar blend. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 16-19 minutes or until light tan. Makes 2 dozen regular sized cookies (more or less depending on size)
