This is a humorous necktie from Balancine, Hot Cakes, Los Angeles, CA. It also has a copyright by Gary Patterson, Malibu, CA who I think is the designer. The tie features a golfer at the 18th hole with his clubs wrapped around the post. The tie is just a little shy of 4 inches at the widest part and made of 100% polyester.
