Simplicity 7229 misses' vintage 1975 CUT sewing pattern, in size 12. Lovely evening ensemble consists of a long halter dress and frilly, ruffled jacket. The dress can also be made with a ruffled collar.
Misses' halter dress and unlined jacket: V. 1, 2 or 3 halter dress lined bodice and front empire seaming has back zipper, "V" shaped neckline and front gathers. V. 1 has double cape type flared collar, the unlined jacket V. 1 and 2 with bias binding at "V" shaped neckline has long set-in sleeves, shaped lower edge, self ruffles and bias bow over hook and eye closing.
The pattern envelope may show wear and tear from age or storage, or have writing or markings which do not affect the pattern tissue. ***Excess tissue around the pattern pieces have been cut away, but have not actually been cut to the edges.*** The pattern tissue pieces and instructions inside are complete.
