Issue has been my reading copy for 10 years to avoid hurting some originals.
Interior is fine, but cover is poor, still attached barely but it is intact.
If you have looking to read how Brian Michael Bendis revamped Spider-Man, then this is a cheap way to read the first issue.
Does come in a Comic Bag.
