This pattern from Simplicity is 7269 for a girls flared skirt in sizes 7, 8 and 10. This is a factory folded pattern in new condition but the envelop shows some wear from storage. The description reads: All views have a waistband. V 1, 2, and 3 have left side zipper. V 1 is a full circle skirt with an optional poodle applique. View 2 and 3 have a bias yoke in front and back. Knee-length V 2 has front inverted pleat and gathers. Flared skirt V 3 is mini-length. V 4 has side buttons or snap closing and self fringe.
