The unit was purchased by a local church but never used for service. Other than a few cosmetic issues on the casing the product is brand new. There are no batteries included.

There was no paperwork or other information with the unit when I purchased it. The only indication that I have is that there is a sticker tag placed over the back indicating the model number.
