Simplicity Pattern No 6155 Misses Size 8 Dress, Sash and Slip

This is vintage pattern: Simplicity 6155, size 8 Misses dress and slip designed by Jessica McClintock, dated 1983.

A stunning classic design, shown in white ....possibly for a wedding dress, mid calf length. It would be perfect for the mother of the bride and/or many special occasions.

Tucked Dress, Sash & Slip: Tucked front dress with skirt stitched to bodice at elasticized hipline has front yoke with square neckline, lace trims, sleeves pleated to armholes and optional self or purchased ribbon sash. View 1 has forward shoulder seams and tucked skirt. V 1 & 3 have tapered long sleeves with loop and button closing. V 2 has elbow length sleeves with elastic casings forming self ruffles. All views have optional slip to be worn when dress is made of sheer fabrics. Suitable for chiffon, sheer linen, batiste, lawn, soft cotton, voile, silk types. Separate slip has narrow straps.

This out of print pattern is pre-cut. The pattern envelope is very well preserved, instructions included.
