This cotton yarn I harvested from an unwanted but perfectly good white sweater, then we (my five year-old daughter and me) hand dyed it in hues of reds, greens, oranges and yellows. This yarn is lightweight and super duper soft.
I would suggest using us size 8 or smaller needles while knitting with this yarn.
200 yards/183 meters with no knots.
You will notice that recycled cotton plys are not twisted around one another. It doesn't seem to make a difference once knitted up. You can see pics of things I've knitted with cotton recycled yarn other places in my shop.
This yarn is machine wash and dryable.
I can wind this skein into a center pull ball of yarn for you or ship it to you as is. Please let me know upon purchase.
