Simplicity 8231 misses dress pattern size 16 B38 vintage 1969 simple lines

This is a misses dress pattern from 1969. It is Simplicity 8231 in size 16, bust 38. The pattern has been cut but all pieces are present and in good usable condition. The envelop shows some staining and yellowing from age. The description reads: Collarless dress with optional waistline darts has slightly lowered round neckline, back zipper and tie ends stitched into side seams. All except V 2 have tie ends tied in back. V 1 has short sleeves and optional novelty braid trim. V 2, 3, & 4 are sleeveless. V2 with fringe trim has tie ends tied in front. V 3 is made of border fabric. V 4 has optional button or rick-rack and braid trim.
