This is for the pattern and instructions only for Temptations Plastic Canvas Santa's List from Kit 5224. This came from the kit - it is just the instructions and pattern. The kit number was 5224, 5 pages, copyright 1994 by J & L Craft Designs. The pattern is used in good condition with a couple of notes written in it. The cover photo and instruction pages are stapled together at the corner so they do not get separated.
