Chitra Ganesh is an Aljira Emerge graduate who works in various media including drawing and installation, is inspired by topics including South Asian history, myth and legend, poetry, imperialism and queer politics. In 2012 she had a solo exhibition at the Andy Warhol Museum, Pittsburgh and her print portfolio produced by the Brodsky Center was purchased by MoMa. In 2012 she was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship.
