Here is Butterick Pattern # 6277 UNCUT Misses Jacket Skirt (suit) in sizes 18, 20 and 22. Semi-fitted, unlined, below hip jacket has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, welt pockets, princess seams and long sleeves with mock vent and button trim. View A flaps with button trim. Skirt, above mid-knee, or mid-knee, has waistband, front and back pleated into yokes and back zipper. View D has purchased trim.

Waist from 32 inches to 37 inches
Hips from 42 inches to 46 inches
Fabric: Wool Crepe, Georgette, Faille, Linen, Lightweight Gabardine.
