Probably one of the rarest books in my entire collection. The original price was around 9,000 yen after a bid war, wire fees, and international shipping (roughly equivalent to $120 USD).

The slipcover has a reflective, foil-like finish with illustrations by Daisuke Ishiwatari adorning the front and back. To my knowledge, this is the only instance in which the creator has contributed artwork to one of these manga anthologies. Comes with 1 fold-out poster (never taken out of book).

CONDITION: This book is over 14 years old and it shows. There is obvious use wear on the slipcover, but the inside pages are like new. No torn or folded pages.

The original owner did not take very good care of this book and it came to me in its current condition. It has been stored horizontally on my bookshelf in a protective baggy for the past 5 years. No other books were rested on top of it, so there should be no shelf wear or damage from the time it has spent with me.
