Simplicity 6072 New Look child's pattern dress sizes 1/2 1 and 2

This is a Simplicity pattern number 6072. This is a New Look pattern for a child's dress with bloomers. This pattern had sizes 1/2, 1, 2, 3 and 4 but was cut to the size 2 leaving markings for size 1/2, 1 and 2 intact but without sizes 3 and 4. The pieces are intact and in good condition.
