Returns/exchanges will not be issued for any wigs that any glue or tape residue.
It is within the first 10 days of receiving your lace wig. You MUST obtain a return authorization number before sending back and item. Couture Glam will refuse any returns that does not have a RMA number. Couture Glam . Items that are not as advertised or as stated in store/salon/Internet: not authentic: DAMAGED from manufacturer or manufacturer defects. You must request a return authorization number and all returns must be received by us before or no later than 10 days of you receiving items/purchase. A full refund will be issued for any item returned for any of the above reasons.
