Unlike many other products, this formula is free of Sodium lauryl/laureth sulfates SLS/SLES, silicones and parabens. DIRECTIONS: To use in the shower, apply a small amount to your hands or bath sponge and lather all over the body.To use in the bath as a therapeutic soak, pour under under warm running water.
