Silk screen fabric fan made China lady and tree wire rim

This is a silk screen fabric fan. It has a painted lady with a tree design. The fabric is stretched on a wire frame with what I think is a bamboo handle. The handle has a paper band that says it was made in the Republic of China. The silk fabric has some stains and is fragile with minor holes along the bottom right side. From the back of the fan the fabric is starting to pull away from the wire rim on the bottom where it looks rusty. I would describe its condition as fair and have found it hard to find one of these fully intact. The price reflects the condition.
