Beautiful silk blouse by Allison Taylor in a womens size Med. This has hidden buttons up the front (which are covered by the ruffles) and a tie waist. This is great with a suit, with dressy pants or even dressed down with jeans & a cute jacket. The cap sleeves are split, so they've got the 'ruffley' look that the rest of the blouse has, although the sleeves and the bottom of the blouse (below the waistband where it ties) is sheer, while the body of the blouse is fully lined.
