What are the Ingredients?

KiddieCool contains the following carefully chosen herbal ingredients which are safe and effective for children:

* Achillea millefolium (Yarrow) is a tonic herb with antimicrobial properties. Yarrow is also a diaphoretic herb (known to cause perspiration) and is therefore very effective for naturally cooling the body. For centuries, the Cherokee people used a tea of common yarrow to assist in maintaining the body's natural cooling mechanisms and to aid in restful sleep.

* Filipendula ulmaria (Meadowsweet) has a long history of herbal use and was highly prized by ancient Druids for its medicinal properties. It is interesting to note that salicylic acid (a component of aspirin) was first synthesized from Meadowsweet in 1835. Meadowsweet is gentle on the stomach because it contains natural buffering agents.
