Released by Mattel, the 2007 Wal Mart Exclusive DC Universe Classics Powergirl action figure from the Imperiex Series (Wave 10) is brand new, unopened, complete, & has no missing or broken parts. It has minor shelf wear. The package includes an Imperiex Build-A-Figure piece. The figure is very well articulated with some really nice details.
