This is a pretty keepsake box that is designed like a book.The spine and border on the front and back is purple, made of a linen like material covering hard paperboard.The three sides are green and white striped.The front and the back are green and white striped with flowers. Little notes identifying the flowers are also in the design. They say as beautiful as a pansy, roses are red violets are blue so true is my love for you, as delicate as peach blossoms in spring, as pretty as a poppy, a carnation for jubilation, as idyllic as an iris, and as calming as a camellia. There are butterflies in among them.It ties shut with a purple ribbons.The top cover inside has a floral design.Measures 10 1/2" x 8" x 2 1/2". The inside space is 9 1/2" x 6 1/2".The spine is rounded.Front is curved in.From Books are Fun Ltd.There are a couple of marks inside, but are only noticable when the box is held a certain way.Very good condition, shows no signs of use.
