I flash all fat Xbox 360 dvd drives, EXCEPT HITACHIS BECAUSE THE FIRMWARE IS STILL IN TESTING, allowing you to play backups. I am flashing with ixtreme lt+ 2.0. 2.0 allows you to play XGD3 games such as Gears of War 3. As of now it is live safe.
When a new ixtreme firmware comes out I will reflash your dvd drive with the newest firmware.
