Sara Young grew up in Topanga Beach, California, with her parents, Luke and Cadie, and her older brother Cameron, and her twin brother Cole. Her life was “perfect.” She lived by the beach, had a best friend, Lili, and had the most amazing family a young girl could ever wish for. It wasn’t until her ninth birthday that everything got flip upside down. A fatal car crash involving her and her father and a drunk driver left Sara with long-lasting painful memories. Her father, were severe injuries, died minutes after arriving at the hospital. Eight years later, Sara and her family find themselves moving to a little town of Edgemont, North Dakota.
