Simplicity 6145 patchwork quilt pattern in four sizes pillow sham UNCUT

This is an uncut pattern from Simplicity number 6145 issued in 1983 for a quilt in four sizes and a pillow sham. This is in like new condition. There are six uncut pieces that can be arranged to make a quilt twin, full, queen or king size. The pattern has directions for layout of the pieces depending on the size.
