If you (buyer) are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date of the invoice. A returned product must be in the original condition as it was when we shipped it. To get a refund, please e-mail us with your ECRATER Order Number, to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number). No returns will be accepted or processed without an RMA. We would appreciate it if you could state the nature of the return in your e-mail. The refund will be processed with a receipt upon the completion of our inspection. The original payment will be refunded in full via the original payment method (Paypal, etc). If a returned product is not in the original condition, we will need to know why it is no longer in its original condition. Any merchandise that is uninsured and becomes damaged or lost during shipment is not refundable. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable, and the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s). Shipping fees on items shipped in error, however, are refundable.
