This Xact Sirius XS034 satellite radio boombox turns the included Sirius XTR2CK plug-and-play satellite receiver into a portable party machine! The boombox's 3-inch full-range speakers fill the room with up to 120 channels of music, news, sports, entertainment, or other Sirius Satellite radio programming. Even better, the boombox works anywhere, just plug it into an available AC outlet, or add six D-size batteries and take it to the beach, the park, the pool or the nearest tailgate party. You can also enjoy SIRIUS Satellite Radio's great programming in your car too with Xact's XTR2CK plug-and-play complete car radio package. The package includes a car kit, which includes everything you'll need to play the radio in your vehicle: a docking cradle, an antenna, and a DC power adapter. The XTR2 radio displays all artists, songs, and channel information easily on its 6-line readout, and you'll find selecting channels and menu options is a snap with the large, illuminated buttons. You can save up to 18 channels as presets and the S-Seek feature lets you store up to 10 songs, and will alert you anytime one of them is playing on SIRIUS. A built-in clock gives you several time-based features. The radio also has a built-in wireless FM transmitter that can broadcast the satellite signal directly to your car stereo over an unused FM frequency — there's no hardwiring required. If your stereo has an input jack, you can connect the XTR2CK radio with a patch cable for the best possible sound quality.
