Here is a hard to find vintage Vogue Pattern (circa 1989) # 2248 UNCUT Misses or Womans Tunic and Pencil Skirt in sizes 18, 20 and 22. Misses' / Misses' Petite Tunic & Skirt: Semi-fitted and flared, lined tunic has raised neckline, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, side front and side back seams, hemline godets and long, two piece sleeves. Slightly tapered skirt, above mid knee, has waistband and back zipper and hemline vent.
