Simplicity 8606 maternity sewing patttern size 12 B34 misses blouse

This is a Simplicity 8606 maternity pattern in size 12, bust 34. This pattern is for a pullover blouse. The pattern was cut but all the pieces are present and in good condition. The envelop says: Blouse with self ruffle detail is gathered to yoke. V 1 or 2 with front opening has elasticized sleeves gathered to armholes. V 1 with long sleeves has collar and ribbon ties. Collarless V 2 with loop and button has short sleeves. Collarless and sleeveless V 3 has pockets.
