This is a Simplicity pattern number 5047 for a man's shirt. This is in size 36, neck 14 1/2 inches. This is a partially cut pattern and some of the pieces have been taped together. The vest pieces are intact and uncut. The shirt has a back yoke and forward shoulder seams with front button closing and patch pocket. There is long and short sleeve version.
