A charming addition to any miniature collection. This 1985 piece by David Winter is called the Hogs Head Beer House. It is hand made and hand painted in the studios and workshops of John Hine Ltd. in Hampshire, Great Britain. Besides the stickers, this piece is signed on the lower back base.
The detail of these houses is incredible from the leaded windows to the bricks in the chimney to the rambling roses climbing the house. This piece has no box but is otherwise in excellent condition. The picture says it all. The measurements are 3¾ inches long, 3 inches high and 2 inches front to back.
