Ruff Around the Edges Top

This is a very versatile top! It can be made in three lengths: Shirt, Tunic, or Dress. It is made from a beautiful creamy fabric with multi-colored flowers all over. The neckline is a ruffle made by using elastic inside a fabric casing for comfort and ease of movement, and then adding chiffon for an oversize bow closure. The chiffon used could be one of any of the five colors in the main fabric: ivory, light bright green, light aqua, dark brown, or deep rose. You could either be surprised by the color chosen or request it!
