This McCall sewing pattern is 4619, issued in 1975. It has sizes 14, 16 and 18. The top on this one has been cut to size 18 and but the pieces are intact; the pieces for the skirt, pants and jacket are uncut and in good condition. The top is for stretch knits only; the other pieces are for non stretch fabrics. The envelop shows some discoloration and wear.
