This is a vintage sewing pattern from 1966. It is Simplicity 6430 for a woman's hat and bags. The pieces have been cut but are all present; the ones for the hat are more worn than those for the bags. This has transfer motifs for making the rick-rack flowers to decorate the hat and bags.
