Sewing pattern 4190 mail in circa 1970s pants jacket sz S M L XL

This pattern is a mail in pattern number 4190. It is for a woman's pants and jacket. The pattern pieces have markings for S (8-10), M (12-14), L (16-18) and EX (20-22); they were cut to the EX large and the markings for the others are intact. The pieces are in good usable condition.
