Crocheted black face pot holder button features unused hc1428

This pot holder or table protector is hand crocheted in multi-colors in the shape of a fanned hat over a black round face. The eyes and nose are pearl lucite buttons. This is a vintage craft design but has never been used so I can't swear to its age. It is double thickness. It measures 9 x 7 inches.
