Gorgeous topaz adjustable ring probably West Germany detail metal work jewelry

This is an adjustable ring probably made in West Germany based on style and workmanship but it is unsigned. The ring features a large oval topaz stone about 5/8 inches long and 1/2 inch wide held in a very intricate metal work setting. I would guess that the topaz stone is a simulated one. This is a lovely piece in great condition.
