The band King featured guitarist James "Jackel" Lantsbery, keyboardist Mick Roberts, bassist Tony Wall, and former Members drummer Adrian Lillywhite. Dressed in colorful costumes and spray-painted Doc Martens, the group scored a major U.K. hit with "Love and Pride," taken from their 1984 debut Steps in Time.
