Simplicity 4151 vintage 1950s sewing pattern bandstand skirt sub teen 8S W23

This is a Simplicity pattern that probably dates to the late 1950s. It is number 4151 in size sub-teen 8S, waist 23. This is for skirts with variations. The envelop has a lot of yellowing but is intact. The envelop description reads: sub-teens skirt, bandstand skirt and kilt in two lengths. Kilts V 1 and 2 have pressed pleats and purchased or self self fringe. Large decorative safety pin trims front. V 1 street length kilt features pleats top-stitched above hip line. V 2 is short length. V 3 and 4 have 6 gores and left side zipper closing. Belt is purchased. V 3 is street length. V 4 bandstand skirt is short length and has button trim. This is a cut pattern but all pieces are present and in good usable condition.
