Here is a Simplicity Pattern # 9129 UNCUT Junior Long Skirt and Knit Halter Top in sizes 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, and 9/10 from the GROOVES category from Simplicity.
Knit top A, B, C has strap and back variations. A and C have built-in bra. Strapless A has shaped front and back with tie ends. B with front neckline casing forming halter has back criss-cross straps and back lacing. C has halter straps and back tie ends. Lined semi-fitted straight skirt D, E F with back zipper and back slit is worn 1" below waistline. E is cut crosswise of border printed fabric; F is cut crosswise of galloon-edged lace.
