INFORMATION ABOUT OUR MOUNTS:
We order these on a as needed basis.
We do expect, although it is not mandatory, that you are purchasing the Stone to go in the mount with us.
The Ring Size and Prong Size (mm) can be adjusted without cost (large size changes may have an extra charge to account of extra gold needed).
Diamond Clarity and Colour as well as the Karat type of the Gold (14K to 18K etc) can be upgraded at an additional cost.
If you are purchasing the stone with us, at the exchange of the funds for the stone we will sign a contract for the order of the ring mount (this can be done via email if you can print, sign, scan, and email it back to us). This is to protect both you and ourselves in the event of any mis-communication.
It is expected we will receive half of the ring mount cost upfront, and the remaining upon receipt of the ring. We may accept a smaller upfront portion (35-45%) in special cases (such as a large stone purchase).
If you are not purchasing the stone with us, the process with remain the same, sign contract, receive half the mount cost upfront, and the remaining upon receiving the mount.
Layaway is not available for jewellery mounts.
We will accept Best Offers on multiple item purchases.
