One of the best classic recipe collections was gathered by Home Ec (Economic) Teachers back in the 1960's. They had many different cookbooks, meats, vegetables, and more. THIS cookbook is unique because it is a hard cover copy. With 2,000 recipes it is titled... Foods with a Foreign Flavor 2000 Favorites from Around the World
This book is in very good used condition with just a little wear to the covers from use and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing.
This book contains 2000 recipes for foreign foods from over 50 countries, submitted by home economics teachers in the United States and Canada. Also included are typical menus for some of the countries, along with historical and culinary background information. Some of the countries represented in the book are: British Isles, China, France, Greece, Russia, Pacific Islands, Scandinavia, etc.
This is just one over over 1,000 cookbooks in my store so please check them out!
