This listing has two Japan books. One is a PB, and one is a HB with a DJ.
Japanese Art by Joan Stanley-Baker is a PB published by Thames and Hudson in 1984. Condition: Very Good--shows slight handling. Filled with many color and black-and-white photos. 216 pages.
Traces the history of Japanese painting, calligraphy, architecture, sculpture, and other arts from the prehistoric period to modern times.
The Japanese Way with Flowers by Rachel E. Carr and illustrated by Alain R. Carr is an ex. library HB with a DJ. It was published by Harper & Row, Publishers in 1965. Condition: Good/Acceptable--the book looks almost new except for the library markings; the DJ has several tears, edgewear; and a big chunk missing from the backside.
"A step-by-step introduction to the world's foremost floral art by an American trained by the Orient's masters of flower arrangement."
