1933 North Carolina truck license plate 65334

1933 North Carolina truck license plate 65334. Has had an amateur repaint at some point. Incorrectly painted black with school bus yellow, was originally blue with white numbers/letters. Still looks good, has a little pitting on the left side. Solid, straight would be a great candidate to blast/repaint properly
